Estimates & billing
What areas do you service?
- We service all of eastern Nebraska and western Iowa — Omaha and the surrounding communities, plus Cass County and the river towns. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask.
How do I get an estimate for my project?
- Call or text us at (402) 258-2224, email cplowman@ccccontractingservices.com, or fill out the form on this website. We'll walk you through setting up an appointment for an estimate.
Do you provide free estimates?
- Yes — all of our estimates are free for everyone. Estimates do expire after 30 days, because material prices fluctuate and we'd rather re-quote than guess.
Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We are licensed with the state of Nebraska and Iowa to perform all of our listed services, and we are insured for up to $1.0M per occurrence and $2.0M per year.
Do you require a deposit?
- Yes. Deposit amounts vary based on the scope and complexity of the project. We require a deposit for the design phase and again for the construction phase.
How long will it take to complete my project?
- Completion time is never fully predictable. Project complexity, scope of work, weather and overall size all affect the schedule — but we'll give you a rough estimate any time you ask.
Permits & construction
Do you follow local building codes?
- Yes. We strive to follow all local building codes and enforcement requirements. Generally we like to over-build our projects to ensure the maximum return on investment for you.
Do you handle permits if required?
- Yes — we handle both permitting and design. We work with our architects and engineers to produce detailed plans, then file for the permits your project needs.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
- Custom homes, additions, attached and detached garages, accessory dwelling units (guest houses), decks, fences, gazebos, pole barns and post-frame shops — and quite a bit more. If it's residential carpentry, ask us.
Do you handle every phase of the project?
- We do. Planning, design, estimating, permitting and construction are all carried by one company, so you're never left coordinating between trades yourself.
